Waldorf Astoria Hotel

F.W. Sims is contracted for renovation work at The Waldorf Astoria Hotel in New York City. While parts of the hotel have been restored to its original state much of the building has been entirely reimagined. The hotel now offers 375 residential apartments in addition to 375 hotel rooms. Amenities include an 82-foot-long starlight pool, as well as the verdant winter garden, a bar and lounge turned into a green oasis.
